PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure of a thermal responding switch in which heating of an exothermic body can be detected precisely and the thermal responding switch. SOLUTION: The switch comprises a housing 3 that forms the main unit and the housing comprises a fixed contact 5, a movable contact 7 that can contact the fixed contact, and a bimetal 8 to which the movable contact is installed. The switch also comprises a first terminal member 6 to be connected to the fixed contact 5 and a second terminal member 9 to be connected to the bimetal 8 and the flat plate parts 10, 11 of the first and the second terminal members 6, 9 are fixed to a circuit board 1, and a through-hole 13 that forms a space is provided at the circuit board 1 part that is positioned below the housing 3.
