PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical disk drive, of which the disk is prevented from being caught between a tray and an opening. SOLUTION: A 1st shutter 21 and a 2nd shutter 22 are furnished for blocking an opening 13 at the front part of a case 11 by covering the front part of the tray, while they are projected upward from an upper surface of the tray 12. When the tray 12 is unloaded from the case 11, the 1st and 2nd shutters 21, 22 are retracted respectively to left/right sides of the tray 12 and formed to the open state in accordance with the unloading operation of the tray 12, and when the tray 12 is loaded to the case 11, the 1st and 2nd shutters 21, 22 are moved respectively to the front part of the tray 12 and formed to the closed state, and also the opening 13 is blocked.
