EXTINGUISHING DEVICE OF MOLDED CASE CIRCUIT BREAKER

PURPOSE: An extinguishing device of a molded case circuit breaker is provided to improve the reliability by using an inert sheet to extinguish the arc within a short time and forming a narrow pass space in the inert sheet to prevent the inverse current of the arc. CONSTITUTION: An extinguishing device of a molded case circuit breaker includes a left and a right side panel(21) and a plurality of grids(22). The plural grids are arrayed in the predetermined interval between the left and the right side panels(21). An inert sheet(23) is installed between the grids(22). The inert sheet(23) is used for generating the inert gas. The inert sheet(23) and the left and the right side panels(21) are formed with one body. A pass space portion is formed in the inert sheet(23) in order to move the arc.
