<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overheat preventing device for a motor, which is quick in response to heat and is superior in followability with respect to a sudden temperature rise. <P>SOLUTION: A temperature fuse 3, which breaks current application to the motor 3 by fusion, is closely wound on a stator coil 2 of the motor after being wrapped with a heat conductive sheet 4. Moreover, the heat conductive sheet is constituted of a member high in heat conductivity, and an insulating tape is wound around it. Then, they are mounted closely on the stator coil. For the heat conductive sheet and the insulating sheet, the heat conductive sheet is wound in one layer on a temperature fuse, and the surplus of the sheet is superposed on it, and the end of the insulating tape is put inside between them, and an auxiliary material is annexed to the temperature fuse wrapped with the heat conductive sheet, and the insulating tape is bonded to the external surface of the auxiliary material by turning the temperature fuse wrapped with the auxiliary material and the heat conductive sheet. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
