<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid such a situation that an abnormal resource state causes abnormality conditions of transmission output level to be satisfied, whereby a wireless transmission/reception function part (A card) is put in a faulty condition. <P>SOLUTION: When the wireless transmission/reception function part (A card) detects an abnormality in a transmission output level, a calling monitoring/ control function part (D card) 50 informs the wireless transmission/reception function part (A card) 20 of whether the resource state is normal or abnormal. When receiving a notification of the abnormal resource state, the function part (A card) 20 stops its transmission; while, when receiving a notification of the normal resource state, the function part 20 is switched to a preliminary wireless transmission/reception function part (preliminary A card) 21. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
