PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pulse laser device that can obtain a highly repetitive frequency, high efficiency, and high average power. SOLUTION: A CW exciting preamplifier 12 and CW exciting main amplifiers 19 and 21 are provided as an amplification part to amplify pulse laser light from a front-end oscillator 11. The CW exciting preamplifier 12 amplifies the pulse laser light from the front-end oscillator so that the CW exciting main amplifiers 19 and 21 can amplify at a saturation amplification level. The CW exciting main amplifier amplifies the pulse laser light from the CW exciting preamplifier, or furthermore amplifies returned pulse laser light reflecting on a phase conjugate mirror 24.
