<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display an image at an adequate position suitable to a user. <P>SOLUTION: A PDA 1 is provided with a display unit 11 which rotates about an axis 12-1, is freely openable and closable to a mainframe part 13, and is supported with its free rotation about an axis 11-6 perpendicular to the axis 12-1 possible to the mainframe part 13. When the display unit 11 rotates about the axis 11-6, the PDA 1 detects a rotation angle about the axis 11-6 of the display unit 11. In the case that the rotational angle thus detected becomes 180°, an image whose upper, lower, left and right sides are highlighted is displayed on an LCD 28 to an image to be displayed until the rotational angle reaches 180°, for example, the character 'F' shown in a figure for applying to a PDA, mobile terminal, cellular phone and so on. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
