METHOD AND DEVICE FOR WINDING STATOR CORE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a facility cost by shortening the circumferential length of a coil by direct winding, thereby enhancing the efficiency of a motor. SOLUTION: A plurality of wires 3 which are lined up in a band shape given specified tension by a tension device 4 are led to a nozzle 5. The nozzle 5 goes up and down in the direction of an axis X while passing the wires through a stator core by a straight drive motor 7, and rotates around the axis Y by a rotary motor 9, whereby it passes the wires 3 through a space to wings provided on both sides of a former 11 and winds the wires with the former as a guide while turning around the former 11 which guides slots to be wound.
