PURPOSE: A method and device for manufacturing a double-layered paper cup is provided to manufacture a large quantity of paper cups in a short time by automatically embossing an outer shell and attaching the outer shell to the outside of the cup. CONSTITUTION: A method and device for manufacturing a double-layered paper cup comprises the steps of: fixing fabric with printed patterns to a roller(4); drawing the fabric and cutting the outside of the fabric; feeding the fabric; embossing the fabric; cutting the center of the fabric with a cutter(5); supplying the fabric to a supply unit; drawing a stencil, and forming the stencil into a cone; feeding an outer shell to a turntable(41); rotating the turntable, and heating the bottom of the outer shell; supplying a cup; rotating a turntable(42) containing the cup; and heating the bottom of the cup; and coupling the outer shell with the bottom of the cup.
