PURPOSE: An evacuating pipe structure is provided to prevent damages of the brazed portion between the ceramic and evacuating pipe during the evacuating pipe cutting process. CONSTITUTION: A magnetron has an evacuating pipe(19) mounted on the output unit for outputting a high frequency energy, wherein the evacuating pipe prevents a leakage of the high frequency noise. The evacuating pipe has a groove(100) formed at the outer surface of the evacuating pipe so as to cut off the force being applied to the brazed portion during the evacuating pipe cutting process.
