APPLICATION METHOD FOLLOWED BY COMMISSION ACTION, APPLICATION SYSTEM AND APPLICATION PROGRAM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent information from being leaked or falsified by performing suitable authentication while suitably reflecting the relation among a person concerned, an agent and a governmental organ.

SOLUTION: An application method followed by a commission action for allowing an agent to provide an application to a receiving organ on the basis of the commission of an applicant himself (or herself) is provided with: a process (S403) for transferring an electronic file formed by integrating an application and a proxy and having an electronic signature written by the applicant himself (or herself) to the agent; and a process (S404) for allowing the agent to provide the electronic file including an agent's writing additionally given in the application part of the electronic file on the basis of the proxy part of the electronic file to the receiving organ.
