PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inform an originator why the terminating side cannot perform radio communication.

SOLUTION: A communication system includes a server device 100 which transmits a connection request to a mobile phone 200 through a mobile phone network 400 when receiving a connection request from a communication station 600 to the mobile phone 200, the mobile phone 200 which establishes a Bluetooth communication path to a hot spot computer 300 being in the periphery of the mobile phone 200 in response to the connection request received from the server device 100, and the hot spot computer 300 which transmits received data to the server device 100 from the mobile phone 200 through the Bluetooth communication path, via a network 500 in order to make the mobile phone 200 and the communication station 600 communicate with each other. When a communication path to the hot spot computer 300 is not established, the mobile phone 200 transmits information indicating why a communication path cannot be established, to the communication station 600 through the server device 100.
