PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic device which ensures reliable electrical conductivity, and to provide a method of manufacturing the same and an electronic apparatus. SOLUTION: A plurality of lands 14, 16, 18 are allocated in zig-zag manner and the lands 14, 16 of the lines provided in the side-by-side condition are also allocated in zig-zag manner. A first wiring 19 is led from each land. Each land is formed in a shape, extending more in the direction along the line than the first wiring 19. A plurality of electrically connected sections 24, 26, and 28 are allocated in a plurality of lines, while the electrically connected sections 24, 26 of the lines provided in the side-by-side condition are allocated in zig-zag manner. The lands 14, 16, and 18 and the electrically connected sections 24, 26, and 28 are overlapped and are connected electrically. Each electrically connected section is a part of a second wiring 29, and an insulation layer 34 is formed between the sections other than the electrically connected sections 24, 26, and 28 in the second wiring pattern 22 and the first wiring pattern 12.
