PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized information communication terminal with an imaging function, which has a camera function and an authentication function and can protect a lens. SOLUTION: A mobile phone 10 interlocks a lens frame 12a of a lens mirror barrel 12 and an infrared ray filter support member 14b of a filter inserting/ withdrawal mechanism 14 with a slide position of a changeover cover member 12c to contain an optical lens, covers the optical lens by an operating board 120 to set the camera function operated in each mode by combining a thrust of the optical lens to an imaging position and insertion/withdrawal of the infrared ray cut filter 142 within a range of an incident luminous flux, and attains photographing in a mode corresponding to the authentication confirmation of a user in addition to the camera function.
