PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a malfunction of a medical device during a manner mode or the like. SOLUTION: The mobile radio system is provided with: a switching means; a transmitting means 12; a control means 13 for turning off a communication function of a mobile radio terminal A1 at least when switching to the manner mode by a setting means 18; a response means 16 for saving an incoming history in a memory 15 and sending a response message to a caller when there is a call incoming to the mobile radio terminal A1 while the communication function of the mobile radio terminal A1 is turned off; an annuciation means 17 for reporting the incoming history saved in the memory 15 to the mobile radio terminal A1 when the communication function of the mobile radio terminal A1 is turned on; and a receiving means 14 for receiving the incoming history from the annuciation means 17.
