PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the circuitry of an image processor provided with a plurality of cameras. SOLUTION: When the number of cameras is defined as N, the frequency of a reference clock signal S20 output from a reference clock generator 20 as FB, the number of input terminals with respect to a camera of a video switch 61 as I, the frequency of a clock N-fold signal S41 actuating a video switch changing-over circuit 51 as F1, and a reverse clock N-fold signal actuating an A/D converter 80 and a memory controller 90 as F2, the image processor is constructed based on the conditional expression comprising I≥N, F1=FB×M (wherein M is an integer of N or more) and F2=F1 (or F2 is a reverse signal of F1), so that the number of cameras can be increased without the further installation of A/D converters, memory controllers and the like.
