PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication server system and communication method for effectively using all servers by dynamically performing dispersion of load to a plurality of servers. SOLUTION: This communication server system includes a server group composed of a plurality of servers, and an operation status monitoring means for creating the information on the respective operation status of the plurality of servers. Each of the servers can function as a receiving server for receiving access from a client device connected to the server group through a communication network, and a connection serve for transmitting and receiving information to and from the client device, and the receiving server selects the connection server to be connected by the client device which gains access out of the plurality of servers with reference to the information on the operation status.
