PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contact element of which, a connection part, capable of releasing a Litz conductor from the contact element, is formed so as to make the Litz conductor keep a good electric contact property, and held in the contact element with high safety against draw-out force influenced by vibration. SOLUTION: A contact part 3 has a tip part 8 and a conic surface 5 intersecting a vertical line with a prescribed angleα, and a clamp shoulder part 9 has a conic surface 11 intersecting a vertical line with a prescribed angleβon the side facing the conic surface of the contact part. The angleαof the conic surface of the contact part is smaller than the angleβof the conic surface of the clamp shoulder part. The contact part can be screwed into a connection chamber 4 or into the Litz conductor 15 inserted into the connection chamber 4 to the extent that a minimum overlapping part 13 is formed between the conic surface of the contact part and the conic surface of the clamp shoulder part.
