PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem in a conventional lead solder-compatible heat resistant button nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, wherein, though electrolyte, separators, and insulation packings can stand a reflow processing temperature of 230°C max., the performance of the battery is remarkably deteriorated if these parts are exposed to a high temperature of 260°C.
SOLUTION: In this button nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, the sealing of the battery is improved, and a conventional oxide formed mainly of Mn is charged into an oxide formed mainly of Li, Fe, and P for a positive pole active substance as a component. Thus the performance of the battery is not impaired even if the reflow processing temperature is increased to 260°C.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
