<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a means for rearranging photos in the order of comparatively well focused photos when focused photos and out of focus photos are selected among photos and to provide a means for extracting the out of focus photos. <P>SOLUTION: Images are rearranged on the basis of the number of pixels of images, a quantization parameter of each image and a file size of the images.
