<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that there is no method for providing an investigation material for sorting out requests in a quality development method though there is the quality development method as a method for determining a required specification in development of a customer order reception system. <P>SOLUTION: A device for supporting determination of the required specification for calculating degrees of importance regarding requests by evaluating association between the requests and requesting origins, for calculating development costs for regarding the requests by evaluating association among development items, development results and the requests and for displaying the degrees of importance regarding the requests and the development costs in parallel is provided. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
