<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processor having a touch panel where the screen of a display device can be viewed with transmissivity of 100%. <P>SOLUTION: A both-side input touch panel rotatable with a hinge as a center is used, and even when the touch panel is disposed in front of a display device, an input operation can be executed, and even when the touch panel is removed from the front part of the display device, and disposed on the main body, the input operation can be executed.
