PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a security when a communication service is provided. SOLUTION: This communication service providing system comprises a user information storage part 14 registering data including the MAC addressed of LAN cards connected to a client terminal 2 transmitted from an electronic mail portable terminal to an HTTP server 1 correspondingly with the mail addresses of electronic mails and returning the MAC addresses to an unregistered state when the provision of the communication service is stopped in response to a request from the electronic mail portable terminal, an electronic mail server 6 providing the communication service by permitting an authentication when the authentication is requested from the client terminal 2 by using the data, and a server client communication part 17 collating the original MAC addresses with re-sent MAC addresses based on the mail addresses stored in a memory when the MAC mail addresses are re-sent from the electronic mail portable terminal again through the electronic mail and, when the collation is performed, the stoppage of the provision of the communication service is cancelled.
