摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature control method for an electromagnetic induction heating instrument such as a pot, a plate, or the like for cooking that can accurately regulate a control temperature determined by the Curie point of a magnetic shunt alloy material, in a wide range while preventing the damage of an electromagnetic induction heater. SOLUTION: In this method, a magnetic or nonmagnetic metal material 12 is provided on the face side, facing an electromagnetic induction heating coil 2, of a clad material 11 comprising a base material 111 and a magnetic shunt alloy material 112. The control temperature determined by the Curie point of the magnetic shunt alloy material 112 can be accurately regulated in a wide range by suitably changing the material, thickness, area, and the like of the metal material 12. It is preferable to provide a fixing means 3 such as a screw or a bolt for fixing the metal material 12 to the magnetic shunt alloy material 112 and to transmit the heat generation of the metal material to the base material 111 side through the fixing means 3.
