PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the handling property of a conductor provided in a brush holder without enlarging the outside diameter of an electric motor. SOLUTION: The electric motor 30 is provided with a flange 93 (bracket) which projects outside the diametral direction from inside a yoke 36, and at least a part of a conductor 70 is buried in the flange 93.
