PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication device and an incoming control method for the radio communication device in which group incoming with a high degree of freedom is performed in the radio communication device composed of a base unit connected to a communication line network and a plurality of handsets registered in the base unit and connected wirelessly. SOLUTION: The radio communication device is composed of: an incoming group designating means for designating an incoming group corresponding to identification numbers of the handsets; an incoming group constituting means for constituting an arbitrary incoming group from a plurality of incoming groups designated by the incoming group designating means; an incoming group registering means for registering a part of the arbitrary incoming groups comprising the plurality of incoming groups to be the same incoming group; and an incoming notifying means for transmitting a control signal showing incoming to each of the incoming groups comprising the relevant incoming group in accordance with the identification numbers of the plurality of handsets when receiving incoming messages from the line and the other handset and for notifying the corresponding handset of the incoming call from the line or from the other handset.
