PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a color conversion definition correcting device or the like, which corrects the color conversion definition defining the relationship of the data conversion between first color data representing a color by a coordinate in a first color space and a second color data representing a color by a coordinate in a second color space with plural pieces of the first color data correlated with plural pieces of the second data one to one, wherein the accuracy in color matching and the continuity of concentration are highly compatible with each other. SOLUTION: The device subjects the second color data to smoothing processing and obtains the color difference between a set reference color and a color after smoothing processing, corrects the second color data after smoothing processing when this color difference is larger than the reference color difference set by a reference color difference setting portion, and corrects the color conversion definition to reduce the color difference between the color represented by the second color data and the reference color.
