PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To specify a data transfer path related to a fault among a plurality of data transfer paths formed between a host device and a low-order device. SOLUTION: A management terminal 40 collects fault information on a port of a host computer 10 on a data transfer path connecting the host computer 10 and a storage device 30, a connecting port of a relay device 20 and a connecting port the storage device 30, compares the configuration information on a series of ports constituting the data transfer path with the collected fault information to thereby specify a data transfer path related to a fault.
