PURPOSE: A door trim-mounted grommet of a vehicle is provided to improve assembling performance by reduction of the number of assembling processes, reduce a unit cost, and improve the appearance by preventing a grommet from being exposed outward. CONSTITUTION: A door trim-mounted grommet of a vehicle comprises a main body(110) fitted into a door trim, with having a boss(11) forming a guide hole inside; a sub-body(120) extended from a front side of the main body symmetrically downward and inserted into a through hole(11a) of a door inner panel; and a pressurizing pin(130) pressurizing the sub-body outward and fixing a hook piece(121) protruded to the end portion of the sub-body to the through hole of the door inner panel. The assembling performance is improved by not performing additional coupling works with screws.
