PURPOSE: A method for controlling a web service admission using a ticket method is provided to prevent the overload of a web server and to offer an equal service to a user by giving a priority for a retrial to the refused user when a web request occurs over a maximum process capacity of the web server. CONSTITUTION: A server system(30) includes the web server(310) and a TBAC(Ticket Based Admission Controller)(320). If the TBAC transfers the web request from a client(10) to the web server, the web server performs the web response to the client. If a web request ratio per a second is over the maximum process capacity of the web server, the TBAC previously limits the web request of the client. The server system gives the ticket to the client making the web request over the maximum process capacity, and responds to the client by sending a ticket message to automatically retry the same service of the web request after a constant waiting time.
