PURPOSE: A system for managing a project using a tree structure is provided to design and make a flexible work structure fit to a field condition by breaking from a rigid WBS(Work Break-down Structure), and to conveniently design a planning work table and an operated work table. CONSTITUTION: The work structure is designed by using an opened tree structure. The planning work table is designed by inputting an activity to a leaf of a tree node. A working situation of a detail operated work is expressed by inputting a sub-activity to each activity of the planning work table. The ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning) is performed by inputting a resource corresponding to the activity of the planning and the operated work table.
