PURPOSE: An air pressure producing device for generating power is provided to improve production efficiency of electric power through simple equipment investment by using air pressure, produced when running vehicles press down pistons, in generating electric power. CONSTITUTION: An air pressure producing device for generating power comprises an elastic cover(2); a piston(3) installed under the cover; a cylinder(4) forming a closed space; springs(5) installed on the sides of the cylinder, to give restoring force to the piston; a suction valve(6) to make air flow into the cylinder just when the piston descends; an exhaust valve(7) to make air exhausted to the cylinder just when the piston descends; and a duct(8) to gather up the air exhausted through the exhaust valve.
