PURPOSE: A fastening structure of a ring terminal is provided to prevent loss of power by directly grounding a ring terminal to a car body panel, prevent an electric shock accident due to careless users, and effectively restrain rotation of the ring terminal in fastening the ring terminal with a fixing bolt. CONSTITUTION: A ring terminal(30) is grounded to a car body panel(10') having an anti-rotation hole(12'). The ring terminal includes a center bolt hole(40) and an anti-rotation guide(50) formed at one side of an outer peripheral edge. A cut part(20) is formed in a saw tooth structure, following an inner peripheral edge of the bolt hole. The anti-rotation guide includes fastening members(60) formed in a step structure to be held on the anti-rotation hole of the car body panel.
