PURPOSE: A safety apparatus for use in an aerosol container is provided to prevent the generation of an excessive inner pressure in the container thus preventing deformation and breakage of the container. CONSTITUTION: The safety apparatus for use in an aerosol container in order to prevent the generation of an excessive inner pressure comprises a nozzle assembly used to inject a content received in the container by using an injection gas also received in the container. The nozzle assembly comprises a nozzle body, a valve stem, an opening/closing ring(36) for a gas inlet, a tightening member(39) and a safety spring for pushing the opening/closing ring toward a support jaw, an elastic spring for the valve stem, and a sealer for the sealing between the nozzle body and a support member. At one side of the lower end surface of the tightening member coming into close contact with the opening/closing ring is formed a conical protruding jaw(39a).
