<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a door provided with a magnet catch from vibrating when opened. <P>SOLUTION: When a handle 15 is moved from the outside of a door 3, a pinion 14 rotates and rod 16/engagement part 16b come up/down together with a rack 16a. As a projection 16c comes up/down, a holder 12 comprising an inclined cam groove 12a horizontally moves along a guide member 11, and a magnet 18 in the holder 12 moves.
