<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a highly efficient advertisement delivery system delivering information desired by a general user of an advertisement receiving side while eliminating waste in an advertisement delivery side. <P>SOLUTION: An advertiser 100 requests an agency 200 to advertise by attaching information related to the advertisement so as to advertise to users' terminals 410 connected via a network. The agency 200 receiving the request of the advertisement creates advertisement contents, transmits them along with the information related to the advertisement to a provider 300, and requests the provider to deliver the advertisement. The provider 300 selects customer users, or delivery destinations of the advertisement, based on the information related to the advertisement, prepares a delivery destination list describing IP addresses of the terminals, and delivers the advertisement contents and presentation control information according to the IP addresses described on the delivery destination list.
