PURPOSE: Provided is a beverage container which is produced so as user to conveniently drink a beverage, and so as beverage not to leak from the container even if the container falls during use. CONSTITUTION: The container(100) comprises a lower beverage container(110) for storing a beverage, that is a body consisting of the container; an upper beverage container(120) connected to the upper end of the lower beverage container(110); an upward and downward moving element(130) which is inserted into screw part(126) formed on the upper beverage container(120) and allows user to hygienically drink a beverage by moving upward and downward; a cap element(140) which is connected to the outside of the moving element(130) and moves upward together with the moving element(130) when opens; and a straw element(150) which is formed so as to be attached/detached to the upper beverage container(120) and which guides the beverage to move upward.
