PURPOSE: An Internet lotto deciding a wining ratio according to a number of buyers is provided to strengthen buying power and to offer higher expecting mind to the buyer by making a member select a lotto number personally and deciding the winning probability of the buyer according to the regular personnel of the lotto buyer. CONSTITUTION: An analyzer(10) analyzes a request signal when the user connecting to a homepage(300) through the Internet network(200) requests the lotto. A buying personnel counter(11) counts the personnel buying the lotto according to the information analyzed by the analyzer(10). A lotto issuance information database(13) stores and manages the issuance information of the lotto sold to the member by selecting the number. A buying particulars database(14) stores and manages the lotto buying particulars of the member. A settlement particulars database(15) stores and manages the settlement particulars of the member. A winning particulars database(16) stores and manages the winning particulars according to a drawing result of the sold lotto. A sending information database(17) sends the drawing result to the member by a voice or a text mail, and stores and manages the sending particulars.
