<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee the reliability of sensor information by motivating a driver to positively provide the sensor information. <P>SOLUTION: An onboard device is provided with a control part 17<SB>1</SB>acquiring sensor information used to support the travel of a vehicle, from onboard sensors (position sensors 11<SB>1</SB>, etc., and the other sensor group 16<SB>1</SB>), and an information providing propriety selecting part 18<SB>1</SB>allowing the driver to select whether or not to provide the sensor information to a center device 60 through a radiocommunication network 25, using a providing propriety selection screen.
