<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm the presence of conditions required for forest authentication for not requiring or simplifying on-site investigations and restraining costs for the authentication by using public information, and to incorporate a local current mechanism by providing points to a cooperator 57 according to level of cooperation. <P>SOLUTION: Setting of own authentication criteria is permitted respectively from a variety of menus for every forest 52. Management contents performed by a forest owner, a management agent, a volunteer are made public. Information on funds required for management of the forest is also made public. Fullness of required management works and operating funds allows objectively grasping continuity of management.
