<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light emitting diode flashlight, where the number of parts is minimized and the assembling is easy while improving rectilinearity so as to shine a light beam to the distance, and uniform brightness can be maintained in use for a long time due to excellent radiation characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: This light emitting diode flashlight comprises a conductive housing tube 100, a conductive tail cap 300, and a head 200. The head 200 includes a conductive head cap 210, an insulating tube 220, a lamp module 230, a first connecting conductor 240, a second connecting conductor 250, and a collimator lens 260 to be modularized.
