<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid optical information recording medium, wherein reproduction exclusive areas and recordable areas are intermingled, configured to obtain a proper reproduction wobble C/N ratio. <P>SOLUTION: Figure 1 (a) shows a plane view of a wobble formed on a side wall of prepits in a ROM area and Figure 1 (b) indicates a cross sectional side view with respect to the arrows Z to Z. A caption 21 is a prepit, captions 21U, 21V are two prepits adjacent to each other, captions 21a, 21b are side walls of the prepits, a caption 22 is a land, and a caption 24 is the wobble.
