<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data receiver for receiving spectrum diffused signals which has a high communication reliability and no need of transmitting redundant data even in an environment poor about transmission line characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: The data receiver comprises a plurality of band-pass filters 21-23 having different pass bands, normalizers 31-33 for normalizing their output amplitudes, a delay detector for delay-detecting their outputs, an adder 50 for combining the delay-detected outputs, and a low-pass filter 51. This lowers the level of contribution to the demodulation result after combining those bands having low S/N ratio but high signal amplitude levels, and on contrary raises the level of contribution to the demodulation result after combining those bands having high S/N rations but low signal amplitude levels. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
