<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of issuing warning surely only when warnings are really needed to make sure supplies of parts from a before process to a later process without issuing useless warnings to the before process frequently. <P>SOLUTION: An after process computer 1 which is automatically started up accesses to a network server 8 to check a communication history and a before process computer 9 checks whether information on placing parts orders is received or not. The computer 1 checks whether working instructions have been read by an input device 6 and the parts have been accepted by the after process or not.
