<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve both productivity and product quality, in a pattern member manufacturing method of forming a plurality of kinds of different materials like a pattern on a substrate. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises processes of: injecting the materials P into red, green and blue pattern-like RA grooves while rotating a roller member R having the grooves in its outer periphery; adhering a peeling layer material 22 onto a surface of the roller member R, inserting part of the peeling layer material 22 into the grooves RA, and adhering the peeling layer material to the materials P in the grooves; peeling the peeling layer material 22 from the surface of the roller member R; and superposing the peeling layer material 22 on the substrate B and positioning them so that the pattern contacts with the substrate B, transferring the pattern to the substrate B by pressing the back surface of the substrate B and/or the peeling layer material 22, and forming the plurality of kinds of different materials P like the pattern on the substrate B. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
