PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in a conventional mobile radio communication device having the function of connecting a prescribed communication network to browse browsable information on the prescribed communication network that the browsable information cannot be generally displayed for browsing as intended by a foamer because of a small screen size. SOLUTION: This information browsing system comprises a cellular phone 101 and a host computer 302 for communicating information with the cellular phone 101. The cellular phone device 301 has a storage 406 for storing the browsable information and the cache information for specifying the storage place of the browsable information, and a file sharing protocol processing part 407 for sharing the browsable information stored in the storage 406 with an information terminal device. The host computer 302 has a cache import part 419 for acquiring the browsable information and cache information stored in the storage 406 through the file sharing protocol processing part 407 and updating the cache information to be stored in the host computer 302.
