PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to make a choice without having stress by sending image numbers of a storage medium by a proper quantity at each time to an image processor. SOLUTION: Data on image numbers between image data and image number data corresponding thereto which are present theoretically infinitely in a recording medium connected to an external device are gathered by a proper quantity according to memory condition.
