PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To report information on respective terminals on a network to a destination of a visit even while a user goes out. SOLUTION: The information processor has a registration means for registering information on the user beforehand and a means for converting the information to data optimal for the user at present, and the information on the respective terminals on the network is transferred to a portable terminal of the user.
