PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oscillator circuit which shortens the unstable transition period of a oscillation frequency when oscillation is started in the oscillator circuit to be controlled in operating and stopping, and outputs the oscillation signal with the stabilized oscillation frequency immediately after the start of oscillation. SOLUTION: When an oscillation permitting signal (EN) is in an in-active state, a switch part 1 becomes conductive, and a prescribed signal from a signal generating part 2 is supplied to a control line (VR). When the oscillation permitting signal (EN) is changed into an active state, an oscillation frequency control signal (VR) is set in the control line (VR) in a short time even with the limited driving ability of a control part 7. Thus, the unstable oscillation signal due to a transition signal transfer in the control line (VR) is prevented from being outputted from the oscillating part 8. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
