PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power source wiring structure which dispenses the rewiring of a lower layer in the case where arrangement change or rewiring has been carried out in an upper layer, in a semiconductor integrated circuit in which power wires are provided in a mesh form. SOLUTION: In the power source wiring structure for a semiconductor integrated circuit, blocks 1-3 in the lower layer are each independently provided with power source wirings L1 and L2 in the lower layer, which constitute meshed power sources, respectively. Also, in the upper layer, the meshed power sources provided to the blocks 1-3 of the lower layer, are connected to each other through power source wirings S1 and S2 in the upper layer.
